Lucidome Bio featured on national TV

Seven Sharp shines a spotlight on methane vaccine innovation.

Lucidome Bio was proud to be featured on TVNZ’s popular Seven Sharp evening news segment showcasing the  groundbreaking work being done to develop a world-first vaccine with the potential to reduce methane emissions from ruminant animals.

The feature gave Kiwis a behind-the-scenes look at the science and the passionate team working behind the scenes. “We’re doing something not just for New Zealand farmers, but farmers around the world,” said Dr Neil Wedlock, one of Lucidome Bio’s Principal Scientists.

This moment comes as global attention on agricultural emissions intensifies.

“For our investors, partners, and supporters, it’s further validation that Lucidome Bio is an innovation with global relevance,” concludes David Aitken, Chief Executive Officer of Lucidome Bio.

This HUGE milestone was made possible as a result of the generous funding from AgriZeroNZ, the New Zealand Agricultural Greenhouse Gas Research Centre, the longstanding support of the Pastoral Greenhouse Gas Research Consortium and the New Zealand Government (Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment; Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI)) through the NZAGRC, and the pioneering work of kiwi scientists at AgResearch who have spearheaded this research.
